Hi, I'm having trouble accessing my Outlook calendar. I can access the dates, but I'm having trouble navigating the date cells. Does anyone know how to fill in the cells and navigate the different dates? I'm probably doing something wrong, but I'm not sure what. I need to access my calendar for work to fill in when I work. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Some of the commands depend on your screenreader, but some generic ones are using the arrow keys to go from day to day. Also, you can use control g, and enter a specific date in the form mm/dd/yyyy. There are variations on how you enter the date, but Outlook is generally pretty forgiving. A lot depends on the view you have set in Outlook. To determine this, go to the view menu with alt v. and check your preference. The quick way to create a new appointment is control shift a. Before anyone gets upset at the keystrokes I chose to mention, I know there are lots of ways to accomplish the same things. These are the ones I regularly use. If you want more help, feel free to qn or private mail me, and we can go into more detail.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll try them at work tomorrow. I should have specified that I use JFW 10. I've tried the arrow keys, and my laptop doesn't say anything. So, I'll try the aforementioned keystrokes tomorrow. Thanks for the tips.

If we talk further, let me know what version of Office you're running. Good luck.

Well, I have '03 here at home, and '07 at work. Maybe familiarity breeds many things, but I really like '03 better. Of course, maybe it was because my computer and I were at war today.
